2012 Ninja 650r with 2310 miles Full Yoshimura exhaust system, runs great!

I've put over $1000 into the bike. Added a full Yoshimura RS-4S Stainless Steel exhaust system (sounds mean!). Also added the Yoshimura Fender Eliminator Kit.
Small accessories I will include are a tank bag, ero Gravity Sport Touring Windscreen, nd a Throttlemeister FH-AK1-H throttle lock.Minor scratches on the tank from my tank bag. I am listing it lower to repair those if need be.
I really hate to sell this bike but it is too expensive to to maintain ($300/month parking+insurance in Manhattan) and unfortunately I didn't get to ride it enough.
The bike was purchased brand new by me in 2012 (I have the title). I keep it in a garage ($$) year round.
