2014 Kawasaki Ninja 300 ABS in EXCELLENT condition with extras!

I'm selling a 2014 Ninja 300 ABS, n excellent condition. It's at 3,506 miles (I may ride it occasionally, o it may increase slightly) and has been indoor garage kept throughout the ownership period. I'm the only owner (bought in August 2014) and I haven't dropped or crashed it. I broke it in appropriately and went exactly by the manual. The service is up to date; receipt is available if you wish to have it. Chain cleaned and oiled every 500 miles.
The bike comes with the following additions;
- Yoshimura R-77 Carbon Fiber Slip-On Exhaust, ery loud! (Cars can hear from afar, o no worries) -- Stock exhaust is available as well. (Message me to hear how it sounds like, an't post links in the description).
- K&N engine air filter KA-2508
- Pitbull 10mm spools

This is a perfect beginner bike, specially being an ABS bike. It's very forgiving if you mistakenly throttle and the ABS (antilock braking system) saved my life a few times while riding in the crowded streets of DC. Starting with a 300cc bike was the best decision I could've made entering the motorcycle world and I would recommend it to anyone starting out and want to tune down from a 600cc or above.
The bike rides smoothly and is very low to the ground -- I'm 5'9 and my feet rest on the ground comfortably, o tippy toeing.
