** Edit: I reduced the price because I'm buying a ring. Wish me luck!**
This is a 2010 Kawasaki Vulcan (VN900) Custom Special Edition. The bike truly does offer an incredibly comfortable ride. The seating position, andle bar height, nd controls are positioned very well. This riding posture, long with the smooth clutch/engine responsiveness and operation make this bike one of the easiest bikes I've ever ridden.
I've kept up on all the maintenance. (I'm currently out of town but I know the odometer can't be over 16000) The oil and filter have less than 100 miles on them and the tires, ess than 200. The battery is less than 6 months old and I will include brake pads for the front and rear - though, hey don't need replaced yet. I also have a set of semi-soft, leather saddle bags and the original front fender (with hardware) that you can slap back on if you desire. The pipes are from a company called, oadhouse. I believe they're no longer in business... probably because the paint on their pipes never held up. I redid them myself. The paint on those pipes has been a pain but I love the sound they produce, hich is why I've hung on to them - not too loud and certainly not quiet. The bike has never been laid down and the only damage worth noting is a very small dimple in the tank, ear where your left knee would be. I had a company ship it from CO to NC a few years ago and somewhere along the way, omething fell on the tank. The dimple is barely noticeable but I included a photo anyways.
I'm currently listing as local pickup only but I'm willing to ship the bike if necessary. I would recommend uship. I've used them in the past.
Thanks!
