2009 Kawasaki Ninja EX250J only rode for 1 summer locally. 714 MILES VERY FAIR

I am selling our 2009 Kawasaki Ninja EX250JMotorcycle with 714 miles.The bike was purchased at Plaistow Power Sports and was just assembled when my husband bought it for 5,400$ including the helmet, acket and gloves. He rode the bike only within the city of Haverhill for one summer when he met me. By the next year I was pregnant andwe never rode the bike again. Each winter he had to put something in the gas tank to stop the fuel lines from freezingbut last year he didn't and so the bike wouldn't start. We called a local shop and they explained this is not an expensive issue to fix but we never got it fixed. The bike has very low mileage at714miles. Could use a clean. We still have the jacket and the helmet which match the bike and they do come with the bike if wanted. We are cutting the price down to 1,750$ but that price is non negotiable. The bike has been garaged every night since it was purchased and has not beenaffected by outside elements. The bike is in really good shape and if you know how to fix that issue or want to have it fixed upthen you can basically get a 5,000$ bike for 1,750$.If you're looking for a nice bike and you don't want topay an arm and a leg but want the best then this s a great bike and if you are hesitant to buy a bike from a stranger or private sellerI can only say this, very single word I claim is the truth and this bike played an important part in my meeting my husband and our lives for the summer we rode the bike and we want to sell it to someone who will enjoy the bike as much as we did. No best offers please we are very firm on this price. The lights on the bike are not on in these pictures that is the reflection from the flash of the camera. The buyer will need to arrange to have the bike taken away and the bike does not start.If you would like to purchase the bike but cannot physically come to pick it upwe can arrange for shipping but the buyer has to pay the shipping costs. Cashor cashierscheck payments only and we can also arrange payment through PayPal if it's easier for the buyer.If you live in the area and you want to have the bikelooked over by a mechanic before buying that will be o.k.but you would have to help arrangesetting that up because I am a f/t student and a mother of twokids and I am extremely busy and don't have the time or the resources I'd like to have that done but I am open to any fair arrangements.Thank you
