1981 Kawasaki CSR 250 2777 original miles

I have owned this bike since 1984. It was last on the road in 1986. 2. 77 original actual miles. It has been stored inside all of these years. It has not been started for 15 years. It does not run. It was stored outside for a couple of months this fall. It is currently stored inside in a heated shed. I have misplaced the ignition key. I am looking for it and it will be included if I find it. See photos for condition. The luggage rack has some chrome peeling. The tank was repainted several years ago because the tank paint was peeling. It needs to be wet sanded. I have made no attempt to start it. Clear Illinois title in my name. Thanks.
