ILL not start without starter replaced. ocal pickup only. ill bring to you. 0 cent a mile within 500 miles of pilot mountain NC. old as is. heck that statement. ot off my butt went out and found a blown fuse. he fired right up. ll i can say is HOLD ON. oes not need starter. ll it need is paint and a rider. as tank does have a small leak. nd also has a small oil leak
