Description

I am selling my 2002 Kawasaki Mean Streak 1500cc in eye catching burnt orange. This bike runs perfectly and looks very good as well. It has a few upgrades to it including drag pipes with wraps. saddle bags with mounts. nbsp;aggressive mirrors. aftermarket foot pegs and grips. For styling all the emblems have been removed and the tank has an awesome chameleon paint job streak on it. This bike has low miles on it at under 12k. Approximately 200 miles ago it was serviced at a shop with oil and filter change. new battery and tender cable installed. and a full look over to make sure there were no mechanical issues. The bikes tires have good tread on them with several thousand miles left. This bike isn't in perfect show room condition but because of that its a great bike you don't fear about taking out on long rides and enjoying as I have. I am not a dealer so now that you know all the good about this bike I am going to be very critical to point out the flaws. I am trying to eliminate any surprises from happening for the winning bidder when they come to pick it up. Cosmetically- 2 small dents on the tank on the top and on the left hand side. Both are shown in the pictures- Normal road wear shows on this bike with small chips in the chrome and paint in various areas but nothing majorMechanically- No known problems starts right up and runs finePaperwork-This bike has a clean and clear REBUILT TITLE. What that means is the bike was some kind of wreck and the insurance didn't want to fix it so a previous owner rebuilt it to safe properly operating standards. I have shown the stamp that is on the title in the pictures as well. Thats the only issues. Pretty much if your looking for a bargain on a great bike you know your gonna want to ride and enjoy then this is the bike for you. If your looking for a pristine show piece for your garage this might be for you but you'll probably want to spend another 2-3k to get it. For the winning bidder a $250 deposit is required with in 24 hours of winning through PayPal. Full payment will be due within 14 days of winning with Cash. Money Order or Cashiers Check. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs and getting the bike moved. I am located in Fort Worth. Texas and if your close let me know I may work something out to help delivery the bike. Please feel free to email me with any questions and I will get back to you quickly. Thanks for looking!
