1980 V50 II Customized Cafe Racer, uns and handles great, eliable. Only mechanical issue is a slight oil leak that appears to be on top of the tranny, ould be vent, hich has been modified, r from the breather tubes. Otherwise bike starts easily and runs great. Except for the tranny breather and mufflers there are NO modifications to the motor, ransmission or rear drive. Still uses original air box and air filter, arbs, tockelectronic ignition (1980 may have been the only year that had electronicignition, 979 and the V50III used points) etc. All wiring, witches and electrical equipment is original and unaltered except the turn signals (originals included, ee photo). The rest of the bike has had nearly every part modified in some way. Way too much to list individually but here are some highlights: Fork tubes swapped sides to have calipers underneath, rilled rotors, e-linked brakes with new correctly sized Brembo master cylinder, oodridge SS brake lines throughout, lip-ons, afe style fairing mountedindependent of handle bars, andle bars mounts milled off top triple clamp, rash bars, eshaped fuel tank with flush fuel filler cap (from early GSXR), eshaped and professionallyupholstered seat with Italian flag motif, and madestainless steelrearsets that rotate on sealed ball bearings, llstainless steel hardware, OR15Hardnosered paint on frame and POR15White Cote on Wheels and much more.Sale will include some of the original parts removed for the customization. Bike would not be easy to put back to original as some of the frame mounts/ tabs foraccessories had been removed and some of the original parts were missing or broken previously. What you see in the photo is what you get.This customization was done 14 years ago, ay before the whole "Cafe Racer" thing went big, nd although it still looks very good there are some paint issues. There are a few small spots on the tank that arebubbling and a couple small chips that have been touched up, he tires have not been replaced since the customization and have plenty of tread life left, o not show signs of dry rot and only have maybe 1800 miles on them, ut, hey are 14 year old tires.This is a great, un, ike that always attracts attention, t is ready to ride as is and looks good, fresh paint job is all it needs to be stunning. And the oil leak, ell what 35 year old bike doesn't have some leaks.Bike is being sold AS IS, HERE IS, will not pack or ship and buyer will have to arrange pick up.
