Bought brand new from Blue Moon Cycle in Georgia in July 2012 and rode it home to Raleigh North Carolina and used it only for the occasional work trip since then. It could use tires. but I am willing to put brand new tires of the new owners choice on for you as a gift. Everything else is in great shape.
