Deposit Payment and Terms
Communication is required within 24 hours of the auction’s close or the item may be relisted. A $500 deposit is due within 24 hours of the end of the auction and the balance is due within 3 business days. We accept certified bank checks, oney orders, ank to bank wire transfers, nd of course cash in person.Credit cards and PayPal areonlyaccepted for the $500 deposit. We cannot take either method for the full payment amount.
Bank to bank wire transfers usually show in our account within 24 hours of transfer, xcept on weekends. Banks now require that any out of state certified checks, oney orders and treasurers checks require 5 business days to clear. Please remember this when arranging delivery schedules.
Taxes and Fees
Out of state buyers are required to pay a $125 doc fee. No other Texas taxes or fee will be charged. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state. We can work with your local lending institution to assist in titling.
In state buyers will be charged state and local taxes, itle, egistration, nd documentary fees.
All sales transactions must be completed within 3 business days of auction close.
