Derbi Scooter Predator very low miles

I have a great running Derbi Predator Scooter with only 773 miles. Only one owner. Its a 50 cc water cooled engine tuned to do 45 MPH. The tires are in excellent condition and everything works. It has not been registered on the road since 2010 but has been used in PA on side roads. The engine is a two cycle with auto oil mixing, uns clean and have only used good synthetic oil and high test gas. The bike gets almost 80 miles a gallon maybe more. No warranty and sold as is. The scooter originally cost $3000 back when purchased. thanks for looking
