I'm not exactly sure of the year, oto Scoot's were made in Chicago from 1936-47, fter the war they changed names to "American Moto Scoot" This is a fairly complete model 245 "Solo" with a Lauson TLC motor. It comes with an extra motor and all the other spares shown including an extra 39 frame. Missing the head light and kicker arm. I can deliver to Davenport at no charge.
