1961 Gilera 105 project bike

Up for sale is a fantastic piece of Italian, ost-war design. This bike wears a beautiful patina, xudes style and shows that even simple machines can be elegantly designed. I purchased this bike 4 years ago, rom a man that had it on display in his office with the hope of restoring it mechanically. Life has proved too large a distraction from seeing that through. Included with the motorcycle are two petcocks, v bulbs, 6v battery, nd a PDF repair manual (in Italian).
The good:
-The engine/internals all move freely and are lubed
-The brakes work
-The fork is a little soft but otherwise in a good state
-With the key on, ower gets from the battery to the fuse box, ight, nd horn
-Brevetti slip-on muffler
The bad:
-I have no idea when it was last registered and is sold with a Bill of Sale only
-It does not start, ust want to be clear on this
-The tires are older and show cracks, would not ride on them
-Missing one of the knurled bolts that hold one of the compartments shut
