MZs were noted for their robustness and simplicity and this one is no exception. It combines quality European components (Marzocchi forks, P shock, rimeca brakes, cerbis bodywork) with Japanese engineering (Yamaha engine).

The engine is a Yamaha 660cc single cylinder, ost commonly found in the Raptor quad, nd XT660R (Europe). As such, ll engine parts are readily available from any Yamaha dealer.

Recent maintenance includes the following:

• New front and rear Pirelli MT90 tires (old front tire in some of the photos...)
  
• Twinair dual foam air filter
• New rear brake pads (EBC FA173)
• New battery
• Oil/filter change
• Registration current

Known issues currently:

• Front fender to be repaired and paint

If you like to be different, his is an option to the KLR650, R650, DR650, r XT600 dual sport. In addition to its unique styling, t also has that old-school, ow-down thumper power.
