Here is a very cool project for you to stay busy this winter. A 99% complete and original NSU Prima scooter jigsaw puzzle.
Not sure of the year or mileage. NO TITLE!
I have pretty much all the pieces here, nd reproduction maintenance manuals and parts list.
I bought this a a complete machine a few years ago at the Mid Ohio Vintage Days swapmeet.
I dragged it back to our pits (with the racers) and we cleaned the carb and got it running. My old friend Craig Vetter - yes, HAT Vetter - saw it and told me he and his roommate in college had the same machine in the same color when new. Craig loved it.
We cleaned up the carb and got it running fairly well in an hour to so, ut the drive shaft was not working properly - grinding and lurching. So we gave this classic German scooter a friend to see if he could fix it to make a cool little pit bike or around town runner.
He pulled it apart but never did finish the job. So I got it back from him and put it in storage last year. I am out of time and have too many other projects, o I am offering it for sale here with a cheap initial bid and no reserve.
Would make a fun father son or mother daughter project and be a cool looking get around classsic scooter when finished.
AHRMA, MA, SCRA
NSU motorcycle, ot a Quickly, axi or Super Max. It's a Prima 150cc (I believe) motorscooter.
I am simplifying my life and selling off all sorts of rare and unusual motorcycles and parts here on ebay. I have been collecting and storing this stuff for decades and it is now time for someone else to enjoy it. Please check my listings often as I will be adding more stuff every day or so as I get time.
