2001 Vepsa ET4 150cc

2001 Vespa ET4 150cc with only 1520 miles. It runs perfect. I recently had the carburetor cleaned and a new battery installed. It's never been wreck and the paint looks great. There are a couple of small scratches to the paint (pictured). I will also included 2 helmet.
