Being offered is a 1977 suzuki RM100. this was built to race post vintage. No expense was spared in the building of this bike. it is like new with only 3 heat cycles on the engine. The engine has all new bearings. seals and gaskets. it has a new 1st over Wiseco piston. pin. bearing. clips and rings on a fresh bore. new clutch fiber and steel plates. with a rebuilt mikuni carb. it has new Boyesen dual stage reeds and a new Jemco pipe and silencer. The cylinder has been ported by Macs porting service in Austin texas and it flies. It has DID rims. laced with heavy guage stainless spokes and nipples from Buchanans to oem Suzuki full width hubs. all new wheel bearings seals and brake shoes. wrapped in new tires and tubes. The front forks are 80 model 36mm with no rust and they have fresh seals. oil and new wipers. The frame is solid. it has no repairs. rust. rewelds. crushed or damaged tubes. it has been powdercoated. The rear has a mint Alloy swingarm with new bearings and seals. nbsp; It is fitted with an adjustable rear brake stay rod. The rear shocks are 16 1/2" NOS originals with remote resevoirs. very rare and hard to find. The chain rollers and sliders are new throughout. it has a new 13t front sprocket. a new PBI alloy 60t rear sprocket and new chain. The plastics are all new throughout. it has a new custom made seat cover fitted over new seat foam from vintage suzuki. the tank is a Oem 77 rm125 alloy unit that has been restored and is in perfect condition. It has new Vortex vintage bend bars . all the cables a NOS suzuki. it has new levers. new wide pegs. nbsp;new Renthal grips. nbsp;whirlpool throttle and a new kill button. all bolts are new and stainless with stainless locknuts throughout. Inside the air box is a new UNI Air filter. This bike runs and handles great. weight has been shaved off the bike wherever possible and it feels very nimble. It is very tight and feels like new. This is a Race ready bike and it draws a crowd wherever it goes. It is a competetive racer and will pass for a show bike.
