This Vstrom DL1000 is very sound mechanically and was just gone over by a Suzuki shop (Leo’s South in Burnsville, N) that knows these bikes. They did a ‘pre-sale’ inspection and gave it a clean bill of health with no concerns. I have the printed report of this inspection. Everything that needed taking care has been done. Ready to ride!

• 26,500 miles
• New rear Michelin Pilot Road tire and good condition front tire (also Pilot Road)
• Oil just changed July 22nd…about 20 miles ago
• Includes rear rack mounting system ready for ‘adventure’ style panniers ($800 accessory)
• Handlebar risers that move bars up and back for more upright riding position
• Aftermarket larger/taller windscreen to reduce wind buffeting ($200 accessory)
• Aftermarket engine guard bars…can be used for alternate feet position when cruising ($200 accessory)
• 12 volt plug for GPS, eated jacket, tc. (mounted on right side of fairing behind windscreen)
• Brakes are about 50% both front and rear
• New sprocket and chain about 2,000 miles ago along with air filter
• LED readout for fuel level, ngine temperature, ileage, trip odometers
• Factory tool kit under seat + Original owner’s manual
• MPG is about low 40s to 50 depending on speed/acceleration, tc.

If you know Vstroms, ou know the reputation of this bike. It is very versatile and depending on the tires, ou can go on road or off road. I recently took it on a long tour of the western US and really enjoyed the bike. I’m selling as I’m moving to a more dedicated street touring bike. I have a clean and clear MN title.

I am including one photo which shows some scrapes (about ¼ wide by 6 inches ) on the right edge of the fairing from a prior owner…just cosmetic.
