PLEASE READ ENTIRE LENGTHY DESCRIPTION INCLUDING TERMS!!!! I will only accept paypal for deposit.Wow! One would be hard pressed to ever find another 1972 Suzuki GT-750 in this condition. 14201 original miles. Same owner for 30 years was an USAF pilot in Dayton, hio. I believe I am the 3rd owner. This machine has been cared for its entire life as is evident by its condition. Unrestored. Clear Ohio title with all numbers matching. Frame GT750-19701. Engine GT750-19756. Build date 2/72.The bike looks very nice. Never wrecked, modified or abused. Paint is all original and looks great. The tank looks excellent. Very clean inside and exterior shows nicely. The side covers look nice. The 750 portion of emblem has been painted black but the original red flake paint can still be seen underneath. The chrome looks nice. Has never been rusty. Only light scratches and very light pitting but looks nice. The seat is original and looks nice. No rips or tares. The painted logo portion on rear of seat is faded. The gauges look very nice. All lettering intact with clear lenses. All electronics work. The tachometer, peedometer with gauge lights work as intended. Temperature gauge works. The horn, urn signals, brake light, aillight and headlight hi/low function. Still has the original key. The original exhaust looks nice. No rash or rust holes. Some surface down low between pipes but not visible. Black exhaust end cones look nice with some light pitting around edges. This machine starts immediately with electric or kick start and runs and drives. Engine sounds good with no unusual smoke or noises. Ive ridden 20 miles and this machine runs nicely. Its has even power and runs cool. Shifts through the gears fine with no slippage or grinding. It can be temperamental going from neutral to 1st gear. It is a simple fix of the neutral stop plug and spring. The transmission is fine and shifts up and down through the gears without problem. Please research if you are unfamiliar with the neutral stop plug. Its an easy fix. I recently had the front brakes gone through and the rear brakes cleaned and inspected. The front brakes and wheel are later dual caliper set up from a 1976 GT-750. This was considered a major improvement back then to the braking of this machine. The dual leading front wheel routinely shows up on ebay for about 4-500 but if one wants to stop I prefer the dual caliper. I purchased the grab bar from the UK($170) and new Suzuki handlebars($115). Everything else appears original. Still has the original tool kit. The tires are later CS Hi-Max that are usable with 70% tread and no cracks.Though the bike shows very well it could use a fine detail. It can be ridden as is. Certainly not many like this exist. I do not claim to be an expert on the GT750.Email with questions.
