Description of the Vehicle: Selling a beautiful 2009 Suzuki C50T Boulevard VL 800 Touring which has 20200 miles on it and a clean & clear title in hand. It has the luxurious two tone paint scheme of midnight black and graphite silver with pinstripes right from the factory. This bike is 100% showroom stock aside from the speakers and amplifier with auxiliary hookup. It comes fully loaded from the factory being equipped with saddlebags. floorboards. windscreen. backrest. and lightbar. We just installed brand new touring tires on this one as well. This bike is fuel injected. liquid cooled. and fires right up on the first push of the button regardless of temperature outside. This unit comes fully serviced and PA inspected for one year and has passed our rigorous in house 95 point inspection. We have the vehicle listed locally and reserve the right to end the auction early if someone purchases at the dealership before the auction is up. Warranty: The vehicle is being sold with a 30 day limited warranty which covers any and all power train defects in that time period. The warranty goes into effect at the time the customer takes delivery of the vehicle. Black Market Bikez LLC. agrees to cover any cost incurred from mechanical failure of the engine. transmission. or carburetion within 30 days or 1000 miles from the time of purchase. whichever comes first. After the 30 day period there is no warranty what so ever on the vehicle and the buyer is responsible for any and all repair costs at that point. Black Market Bikez LLC. is not to be held responsible for repairing any damage caused by the purchaser or any other user of the motorcycle during the warranty period through misuse. neglect. or negligence. The repair work is to be performed by Black Market Bikez LLC. and will not be covered if performed by any other shop. Comprehenisve Inspection Checklist:This is our in house 95 point motorcycle inspection checklist which we created to guarantee every bike we sell is as safe and troublefree for as many miles as possible for every customer. This is probably one of the most comprehensive and in depth pre-owned checklists in the industry and even exceeds most of the manufacturers pre-delivery and set up inspection checklists. To be assured your new ride has in fact been checked over we mark every fastener and component which we check the torque on with a very small dot of washable paint marker and will provide a copy of the completed checklist for your vehicle at purchase. Motorcycle Inspection Checklist Payment:A non-refundable deposit of $250. 00 is due within 48 hours of the auctions end. The only accepted forms of payment are cash in person and wire transfer. No personal checks. bank checks. credit cards or paypal are accepted for the full payment of the total price of the vehicle. Storage:We offer up to 2 weeks storage for free in our heated shop and will keep the vehicle on a battery tender and out of harms way. We have a shipper that travels the east coast and can ship the bike within 2 weeks to most of the central east coast for under $300. 00. We specialize in Japanese and European sportbikes and we know the models we sell inside and out. Being a smaller shop we are able to keep operating and overhead costs lower than that of many of the larger dealerships and can pass that savings on to the customer. We are also able to do business with our customers on a much more personal level and we personally do our 95 point safety inspections on each bike that we sell.
