I have too many motorcycles. I am selling a couple to make more room in the garage for other projects. This is a great bike. and it is not getting ridden. so I am offering it for sale. I bought the bike last year at Baxter Cycle in Marne. IA. Great Triumph dealer. and as good as any museum when it comes to vintage British bikes. I love Baxter. As I understand it. I'm the second owner. The previous owner had other motocycles too. and so this bike has not yet racked up many miles. It is sitting at 1680 after the 146 mile run I made today. I will continue to ride it occasionally until it sells. but It is unlikely to have more than 1800 miles on it by the time it sells. It may not even break 1750. The bike is in beautiful condition. Tires and chain are fine. Everything is in good adjustment. It is clean. It would be hard to find marks or scratches. Look at the photos. If you need more photos. let me know and I'll get some more. There are several Triumph factory accessories installed. The kit to move the ignition key location from the left side of the steering head to the center under the instrument cluster has been installed and can be seen in the pictures. The engine protection bars. the luggage rack. and the subframe for installation of soft saddlebags are all visible in the pictures. I did not take a picture of the Triumph cloth saddlebags that could go on the bike. Frankly. I think they're really ugly. They will be included in the sale. I did not take the subframe off because it doesn't bother me. and if I ever wanted to put the saddlebags back on the bike. having the frame already there would have made this easier. The bike is the two tone blue and white model. Two of the very nice things about the SE model are that it has the great handling cast wheels of the standard Bonnie. but it also has the tachometer as is found on the T100. It's a neat bike. and it deserves to be ridden. Now for some of the administrative details. Please read the payment and shipping terms before bidding. Note that PayPal can be used for the deposit. but it can't be used for the full payment. I am happy to cooperate with your shipper. but shipping is your responsibility. If you make shipping arrangements. have the shipper call me and I'll coordinate things so that the pick up is as easy as possible. If you want to come get it yourself. that's fine too. If you have questions about shipping. please ask them before you bid. If you have questions about the bike. please ask them before you bid. If you have a feedback score of less than 10. with no negatives. I'm happy to work with you too . but please contact me before you bid so that we can make sure we're on the same wavelength. I am happy to answer questions. and will post questions and answers if they are of general interest. There are no add on fees. If the bike sells. the winning bid is the actual price. As noted in the information about the bike. this is a used bike and there is no warranty expressed or implied. On May-01-15 at 20:29:13 PDT. seller added the following information:This bike is blue and white. The pictures look purple and white. I don't now what the issue is. but this bike seems to fool my camera. It is blue and white. in the color schem that Triumph displays on their web site for this model. On May-03-15 at 15:12:59 PDT. seller added the following information:You folks are getting pretty close to the reserve. You are closer to the reserve than the reserve is to the buy it now price. Of course once the reserve is hit. the buy it now price goes away . If you really want it. buy it now is the only way to be sure you'll get it :-). On May-04-15 at 17:56:10 PDT. seller added the following information:I did a white balance on the camera tonight. and shot with flash. I think the very last two photos are close to the correct depiction of the color. Of course color looks different on different monitors. Suffice it to say that the color of this bike is the stock factory two tone paint job for the 2011 Bonneville SE model. and I think that the last two photos are closer to correct than the ones I took a few days ago to get the listing going. I have had some questions about the saddlebags. so I've photographed them too. Three pictures are included. just before the two new pictures of the bike at the end of the photos. You can see that these are the cloth. Triumph badged saddlebags that Triumph offered as an accessory for the Bonnevilles.
