This is a 1963 Triumph T100SS or Tiger 100. The bike has been completely restored by Big D Cycle in Dallas, X. This is one of the finest examples of this rare bike that you will see, et alone have an opportunity to buy. The bike was judged by the Sunshine Chapter AMCA at the 2014 Daytona bike week show. It scored 97.5 points at the show. They took off for the spark plug covers and the location and bracket associated with the kill switch. Since that time the correct Champion plug ends have been installed and documentation has been found to show the kill button and bracket are indeed correct. The bike should now score at least a 99, ll pedigree inormation aside, his bike is absolutely beautiful. It needs nothing to be ridden, how, r put in a museum. These are very rare bikes with only 332 produced that year and many not making it to this side of the pond. The all steel bikini fairings are almost always gone if you by chance ever even see one. The bike is also featured in this years Triumph calendar(picture shown).
The bike starts and runs like it should. The motor is as quiet as a church mouse. There are a few small dings here and there but are almost un-noticeable. I have tried to take plenty of detailed pictures to show the true beauty and condition of the bike. The bike is currently running the stock ET ignition and runs fine with i, ut if someone want to ride it regularly I would opt for a newer alternator and charging system. It could be upgraded easily and not take away from the condition of the bike.
Im sure I have forgotten something, ut I have tried to take plenty of pictures to answer many of the questions. This is a near perfect bike, ut is an old bike with some minor flaws. You will not be disappointed in the condition and beauty of this Triumph . A local inspection prior to the end of the auction is recommended and encouraged. Please ask any and all question prior to bidding. I will not be responsible for things I overlooked and questions you didnt ask. No warranties expressed or implied. Full payment is due within 5 days of auctions close via bank wire, ashiers check, r cash in person. A $500 non refundable deposit is due within 12 hours of auctions end as well as final arrangements for full payment. The bike and the title will not be released until all funds are clear. The bike needs to be picked up within 3 weeks of auctions end. So please have an idea of who you want to use and their prices before you bid. After you win the auction, ts your bike and it needs to be on its way to you. Thanks and good luck. Can provide names of shippers. Refer questions to Ray Corlew 615-973-5790.
