1964 TRIUMPH BOBBER TR6SR TROPHY TIGER MATCHING #S DU7000 NEEDs COMPLETE RESTORE

up for your consideration is a matching numbers triumph bobbertr6 / tr6sr motorcycle. there were only 470 of these produced in 1964 according to our research. this has matching serial numbers on the frame and engine that start with du and the number is in the 7000's which puts this in the early part of 1964. this was purchased at an auction without a title, ut i have applied and been granted a clear title in my name. i currently have the temporary title and the final title should be in my possession within a week. i had plans on restoring the bike, ut decided to purchase an old truck to restore instead. this bike will need a complete restoration. the engine has compression. i'm not motorcycle guy (reason i went with the old truck) so i'm unsure of the present condition. the bike was last registered in 1990. there weren't any oil marks where i moved the bike from, ut after i moved it i did notice "new" oil marks which we've read is very typical for these bikes. it's missing the battery and key.
