This bike has 1 size stiffer front fork springs and is set up for a 170 lb aggressive rider. If you are the type to worry about the aged looked yamaha hasnt really addressed until 2015. Good news. The 2015 Plastic will fit on this bike if you get the 2015 airbox that bolts right onto this frameset. This bike is in a totally different league than a 125. Its really fast and will keep you fit if you can hold onto it. It has bottom end that all 125 riders wish they had but a top end that just rips. Me and my buddies have been riding for 20 years and they all ride 450 cc machines. They all respect this bike and if you have the skills you can keep up to any bike. The bike has not been raced as a 144. The transmission was hand polished and this bike shifts like a dream under load and with no need to shut off the throttle so it makes it even more fun! Its light and the suspension is great.
