1992 Yamaha V-Max VMax VMX1200 Project Bike

The bike has good tires and a Corban seat in fair condition. The paint is in great condition and the fenders are all in tact and shinny. The stock exhaust is one in very good condition. The bike starts but will need the carbs rebuilt and a complete carb tune and resync to be ridable. The bike starts but doesn't want to idle. I believe the bike needs new head gaskets because it's getting a small amount of water into the oil (no oil in the water though). Wiring harness works but may need to be repaired/replaced as the previous owner bypassed the key and installed a start toggle switch. I replaced the key switch but have not replaced the wiring harness. which you can find on e-bay for around $50. Many parts have been replaced. including but not limited to the water pump. new plugs and wires. all new radiator hoses and o-rings. new thermostat. new turn signal and start switches. new clutch and brake levers and other smaller parts. The bike needs some cosmetic updates such as new mirrors and the removable engine frame piece will need to be replaced. I have a clear Florida title in hand and the bike if Located in Gainesville.
