1984 Yamaha YRZ 385 Ground Up Custom Built Sport Bike

I have listed today. my YRZ 385 stroker Yamaha Sport Bike. This bike was a complete restoration and custom build. with build time approaching 1000 hours. There was no amount of money. or time spared on any part of the bike. Because the list of modifications is so extensive. I give the highlights here. and if anyone needs further information. they can ask questsion. The bike has 705 miles on the clock since the project ended. This bike comes with a complete spare 385 long rod stroker engine. that also includes new ported/chromated Yamaha crankcases. new long rod 385 stroker crankshaft. two sets of barrels. perfect gearbox. etc. It has never been assembled. so the buyer can see all the parts. This is not the normal RZ350 Yamaha that you will find on EBay. This is the bike that Yamaha should have built. FZ Yamaha fairing mounts. component mounts. & modifications for the FZ600 aluminum swingarmThe front end/forks are FZR 600 with custom internals. with FZR 600 calipers. custom steel braided lines & new wave disks. with a FZ powder coated rim. Avon sport tireThe engine. has a new ported & chromated Yamaha crankcase. premium 385 stroker long rod crankshaft. custom Wiseco piston. in custom mild ported chromated cylinders. first size over. perfect cylinder head. Keeltronics programed ignition & power valves. 31mm flat slide Keihin carbs on custom billet manifolds. fitted gearbox. using all new bearings. shift forks. seals. etc. new clutch & water pump. stainless steel custom built exhaust chambers. with Toomey silencer's. The full engine modification list is impossible to list here. please ask your questions. The bodywork & controls: The only original body part is the gas tank. which has been extensively modified. sealed. and contoured to fit the controls. the tail section is a custom. one off part made by Airtech for me. as are the front & side fairing sections. most all the fairing mounts are custom fabrication. with OEM Yamaha FZ 600 parts used as they fit into the build. The foot controls appear to be RZ Yamaha. but are all modified to fit & work better. the handlebar controls are all custom built. using new OEM Yamaha RZ switches. with the Keeltronics ignition that can have 2 maps ignition & 5 maps for the power valves. the throttle assembly is custom Magura & Motion Pro. using a completely reworked adjustable AutoLube pump. The rear end: The rear swing arm is a FZ600 aluminum swing arm that has been highly modified & machined to fit the RZ frame. using all needle roller bearing. the rear brakes are FZ 600. as is the powder coated rear wheel. Avon sport tire. You can see that the list is sort of endless. this ad does not do the bike any real Justus. The is a ton of small modifications that have been done that are too numerous to list here on EBay. just ask. I'll do my best.
