You are looking at a near perfect time capsule! This is likely the nicest and closest to newest BW200 in existence (and I own several and know them well). Look at the condition of the wheels. paint. engine. seat. etc. !!The bike runs flawlessly (currently fuel drained and dry for winter storage) and fires up via electric start every single time. We purchased this one and a twin brother from the original owner. an elderly gentleman in Michigan. who had them at his vacation cabin. He and his wife rode them very rarely (guesstimated at less than 200 miles each!!). We have put maybe 50 or 60 miles on them since purchased. These bikes were only made for a few years and are an absolute blast to ride. Very safe and easy for beginners. Not super fast but can certainly get into and over anything you desire to rider through. The only issue:As with all BW's and older dirt bikes. the tanks start to seep and as result. the paint won't hold. I never bothered to buy a new one (or fix the paint) but you can certainly get NOS tanks to replace this if interested. Considering that the rest of the bike is nearly perfect cosmetically. it never bothered me as it holds fuel just fine. I do have brand new tank sticker kit that will come with the bike. Tires. I have a replacement rear tire (on used rim) if buyer is interested. Tires are hard to come by so when I see them for sale. I grab them and keep an extra for each BW we have. Winner is welcome to the rear for an additional $200 (used rim and brand new tire!).
