1989 Yamaha RZ 350 Canadian Model

Yamaha RZ350 YPVS. Odometer is in km. 39907 km is 24787 miles. Equivalent model to the RD350LC in UK and Australia. Bike is relisted as previous winning bidder disappeared. Two-stroke 350cc pulls impressively once the Powervalve opens. Has aftermarket DG race pipes which are on the loud side. Gas tank was renewed a few summers back. This is a Canadian model so it never had a Kenny Roberts theme or colours. They were originally two tone blue, ut the bike was painted as is when I bought it roughly 7 years ago. Battery is new though all it does is cycle the powervalve servos before you start it. (Kickstart only). Bike starts on 1st or 2nd kick. The engine is similar to the Banshee quad but has powervalves designed to help low rpm performance. Fun little bike that is cheap to insure due to low displacement.

TLC required: Clutch handlewas bent when the bike was knocked over when parked at work. (Works fine if your hands are big enough.) I've added a manual fuel shutoff as the vacuum valve was leaking through on one very hot afternoon and flooding the carbs when parked. Previous owner painted the windscreen black. Scrapes and scratches can be dealt with when it is painted to lose the odd blue zigzags.
