1972 Yamaha DT2 250 Enduro, Nice clean, original survior, Vintage MX ISDT

I'm selling my orange'72 DT2 250cc Yamaha Enduro. Low original miles. This bike had been owned by a close friend who passed away. It had been in his collection for decades. Bars straight, riginal grips/levers also straight. The tank is clean, etcock is new, arb has been thoroughly disassembled and chemically dipped. Gear lube fresh, ll cables lubed.Seat is original and in very nice condition. Trials tires have plenty of tread and no cracks. Chain and sprockets are brand new.The bike runs great.Original tank paint still in decentshape, o dents. New O-Ringchain and sprockets. Gearing is 16/40 It goes down the road very well. 60 mph cruise no problem. Bike starts cold 1-2 kicks, arm only 1 kick. Fun old ride!

Thanks for the interest. Installed new countershaft seal and clutch push-rod seal. The bike starts easlily, ithin 1-2 kicks hot or cold. I've been riding it daily for the past month or so. Sounds great and very long legs for an old street/trail bike. Goes down the road real well.
