Update: I have received a lot of interest in this bike, nd have received a number of questions. The bike is located in Huntsville, L which is an hour and a half North of Birmingham and an hour and a half South of Nashville. I am not interested in a trade or trade plus cash at this time. This is the final price drop that I will make for this item. If you have any other questions, lease feel free to either message me or text me at the number provided below. Thanks...
This is for a rare / uncommon Nebulous Purple 2013 Yamaha V max motorcycle with only 5,662 miles on it. These are much less common than other 2009+ models, ue partially to the fact that the MSRP was raised up to $21,999 that year. Dealers were not typically stocking this bike (even more so than usual) and were mostly only ordering them for customers who paid them a deposit up-front. In addition to being the most expensive Vmax model ever sold, his particular bike has the following enhancements:
Official Yamaha Rear Wheel Upgrade Kit and 240 series tire (over $1,000 installed)Corbin rear fender clean up kit with LED tag lighting: $200Shorai Ultra Lightweight 2 lb Battery: $180Akrapovic Titanium exhaust to eliminate factory catalyst: $850Gurued Gear Custom Computer re-tune: $550K&N Filter Kit with Modified Airbox: $55Firmer Clutch Spring Mod (Necessary with added power): $70_____________________________________________________________________Total Value of Modifications and Enhancements: $2,900+
The result of these mods is a refined and more aesthetically pleasing / cleaner looking motorcycle. Total weight reduction is approximately 35 lbs, hile adding an honest 15 more rear wheel horsepower over the factory setup. If you are looking at this bike, hen you know what it is capable of. With these mods, t makes significantly more midrange power than a stock bike, nd in cool weather it will smoke the rear tire on command in second gear at any speed from 40 to 70 MPH.
All of the original parts come with the bike, ith the exception of the factory rear wheel and tire, hich was a dealer installed option when the bike was brand new. I am the second owner, nd have taken great care of it. I am a mature adult, ho is very experienced when it comes to fast things. All of the modifications listed above (except for the 240 tire upgrade) were installed by me. I have only ridden this bike approximately 1,500 miles in the last year. This bike is for an experienced rider who is not only comfortable with big power, ut is also able to handle a large bike. It needs nothing but a rider, nd is priced to sell at BELOW the current wholesale price. No taxes, rep, oc or other hidden dealer fees to pay. And best of all, o pushy salesperson to deal with! Just pick it up and ride...
The only notable flaws have been mentioned before and are shown in the supplied pics. There is also a VERY tiny / thin scratch in the paint of the right hand side rear fender, ut it is very hard to notice, nd is not even showing up in the pics of the right side of the bike. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. My cell is (256) 655-3947. Thanks for looking!
