- New heavy duty tubes front and rear
- New rim strips front and rear
- New rim locks front and rear
- New straight gauge spokes front and rear
- New fork seals/bushings
- Race Tech triple rate front springs (.46 kg installed)
- Race Tech fork emulators-Race Tech Gold Valve rear shock piston-Rear shock seal head and bottom out bumper
- Steerer stem bearings
- Fork boots
- Pro Taper 1&1/8" bar mounts
- Wirtz oversize bars
- Clutch and front brake levers
- EBC high end grooved brake pads
- Motion Pro throttle
- Kill switch
- Complete Penton PVL ignition system
- ALL bearings throughout the chassis and motor
- ALL seals throughout the chassis and motor
- Shift shaft
- Third pinion gear
- EBC clutch plates (friction and metal) and springs

Reconditioned parts
- Frame, riple clamps, nd hubs media blasted and painted with industrial grade urethane gloss black paint
- Media blasted rear swing arm and proper color silver paint applied
- 1983 YZ 490 forks completely disassembled and cleaned, nstalled for added rigidity, ravel, nd dual linkage system (DLS)
- Rear shock completely rebuilt, ace Tech Gold Valve piston kit valved for a 160-170 lb. intermediate rider
- DG pipe was media blasted and painted
- Nice set of OEM rims for the wheel build
This was my first restoration and I went a little overboard as you can see. Figured I'd never sell it but I've got another project bike and a modern bike to pay off.
