2004 yz250 2 stroke with street legal title!

hello I have a freshly rebuilt street legal title yz 250.Starts, uns, dles, s it should. like new motor!!I have paperwork for some new parts Still has few things it needs to be full street legal you need headlight and taillight! the clutch is sticky and will need replaced 2.8mm 1.5mm. tires are used . is ridable as is.
