2004 Yamaha R6 Track Bike

I’m auctioning this nice 2004 R6 for my good friend Bill. I’m a retired Ducati Dealer and love to see these machines transfer to the right hands and to someone who can appreciate good equipment. Bill’s son Andy was the main rider and he like his pops is an excellent mechanic. He takes very good care of his machines and has added some nice options. He's ridden it only at track days since he's owned it. He just bought a R1. that's the only reason he's selling this guy so the lucky winner is in for a real treat!. Here's some of the options that he's added:Ohlins internals in the forks. serviced 6/14. Ohlins rear shock. Suspension is set up for a 215 pound rider. Gpr steering stabilizer. Stainless braided front brake linesnewer EBC front rotors and race compound pads. Vortex rear setsYoshimura slip on exhaust. Race bodywork. Lithium lightweight battery last summer. This bike was purchased with around 800 miles on it as an insurance buy back. The original owner had wrecked the tail section bodywork. muffler. right side and front bodywork. All frame parts were untouched and straight. It now has around 5000 miles and the bike is in the condition you see in the photos. Note: There are no lights or signals and it is set up for closed track riding only. This bike is not titled. but has the paper work to get a salvage title.
