1970 yamaha AT125

Selling off my collection of yamaha enduro bikes. Be sure to check my other listings for more nice enduro's. This listing is for my 1970 yamaha AT125. This is a complete original bike from 1970. I bought this bike with 3. 00 original miles from the nephew of the original owner who was stationed in military service in California in 1970. The bike still has the dealer sticker on the side cover. was purchased at Brighton Yamaha. in Brighton California. Original owner then brought it back to Wisconsin after being discharged from military. After returning to Wisconsin. the bike sat indoors in storage for many years. I have rode the bike a few times in the last couple of years. but have not started it this year. The bike has always started and ran well. Just recently the tank was blasted inside then flushed with solvent it was then coated with 2 stroke oil to prevent rusting up again. Mechanically the bike is very solid. Cosmetically it is very nice. no dents in tank and a minimal amount of rust for a bike that is 45 years old ! The bike still rides on original tires. they are not weathered or cracked and still have at least 80% tread. Electric start does not work. The yamaha emblems on tank are not great and are showing age. Some nice new emblems would be great. they are available n. o. s. or reproduction. Bike has clear title. With all that said.
