Selling a modded car is never easy but if you're looking for a properly built. well dialed in Camaro and like dark metallic blue paint this is something you might want to consider. Recently sold our Mustang GT convertible and I honestly don't drive this car enough to justify it sitting in the garage. I have a new Chevy SS that I just pulled from storage and hope to drive it a little bit this summer. I use the Adams Polishes 3 step process at some point most every summer. The only time this car has seen rain was on the transport from Oshawa Assembly to LaFontaine Chevy in Dexter. Michigan. I did the dealer prep on my lift and hand washed the entire undercarriage; the car has never been back to any dealer for any work. Immaculate is a term often used here but the condition of this car backs up that description. I have a workbench full of Adams products and the car spends more time with a microfiber towel than it does driving. If the weather gets really good soon (the car is on my lift and not being driven nor is it insured for driving) the only need the car has is a stabilitrak reset to be done as a result of changing the steering wheel. Though likely not needed I also plan to have a four wheel alignment done as a result of changing the rear axles; the suspension was partially dropped to do this and I simply want to ensure the car tracks perfectly. No issues with this in the 500 or less miles I drove it last summer but I'm a detail type person and this is one detail I will get done. Oil was changed at 2600 miles; Mobil One (it has been changed every 500 miles since new). Going to run this car for one week auction style. This is a very low mile car with a lot of added content. I have no plans to give it away and simply will not entertain nor respond to ridiculous offers so let's not waste each others time. If it does not sell in this auction my plans are to take all of the added content off the car and piece it out. The upside of having a modified car is getting the performance and looks not offered by GM at the time of purchase. The downside of having a modified car is not everyone sees the same value in the parts when they are on the car. I will take my chances and try to sell this car intact as it is the most dialed in car I've owned and I've had a few. If not sold it means spending time in the garage wrenching the car and putting it back to stock. At some point a new owner will appreciate the care. condition. and simply a really nice Camaro. I hope to have it at the Michigan F Body meet at Bakers of Milford but may start taking it apart before then if not sold. Questions are welcome but I'm not planning on sharing the reserve (NADA Guides show retail price estimate of $28. 00; my reserve is higher than that). entertaining offers below my reserve. or taking any flack regarding my price. Go through the process of pricing out the items on this car and you'll find that I have nearly $20. 00 in spend over and above purchase price. I appreciate the interest and anyone taking the time to review my car/auction.
