Kind of built like something right after WWII. Bobber is built with a stretched 6" and dropped 2 1/2" hard tail. front end is a sportster. Engine is bored . 020 new piston's and USA made rings. Crank is standard with new rod bearings and crankshaft bearings. ludge tube was flushed. Valves were ground and head was resurfaced. Four speed transmission with new out put main shaft bearing. primary chain and sprockets are good as well as the clutches. Two 32 MM Mikuni carburetors. Engine was assembled with USA gaskets. New final drive chain and sprockets on the engine as well as the rear wheel. Boyer electronic ignition. ingle element Bycrus Erie quarry crane head light. Over the winter I removed the brass binocular tail light it now has tail and brake light that is a converted WWII black out light for a jeep. Also installed over the winter were radial cooling fins to the coils mounts and more appropriate fabric covered plug wires Four fuses protect the electrical system. New fuel tank with a six pack rack. New tank badges are Asian and fit is about like all Asian badges. Rear fender is a cut down spare tire cover for a 1936 Ford. New tires front and rear. Frame. forks. il tank and front and rear drum are painted with Urethane Hot Rod Flatz. Fender and tank are DuPont base with three coats of clear. Pin stripping is plastic. Has a shortened 80mm mortar tube for storage under the seat. Also has a Indian Jones WWII type gas mask bag equipped with hair pins for EZ on and off it may scrunch up and go inside the mortar tube if needed. Behind the front headlight is a ammo pouch for documents. I finished this late last fall and only have ridden it about 30-40 miles but it seems to shift and go down the road very well.
