If you are looking for a rare, original car that will take you back in time to the 60s, this car is for you. If you are looking for a project car that is completelyunadulterated, won't have ANY body work, and won't leave you searching forrare, costly parts, this car is for you. If you are looking for a car that can be easily made into a Scrambler clone, this car is for you (the body is exactly the same). This car has a clear title and it runs and drives, so nothing can stop you from making it into your dream car!
The Rambler Rogue is something different from the muscle cars of its era, and it is sure to get people's attention for its uniqueness and the quality of its original condition!
Note: The car has a broken exhaust pipe and a tear in the drivers seat upholstery, see pictures for details. It also needs a new battery. BF Goodrich tires and chevy wheels do not come with the car unless otherwise specified. Pictures weren't taken of the trunk, but it is completely solid and rust free like the rest of the car! ONLY SERIOUS BIDS, PLEASE!On Sep-06-16 at 16:18:27 PDT, seller added the following information:
What makes this car special? 1966 was the first year that American Motors came out with the Rambler Rogue, which was considered the first "performance" car the company ever sold, preceding the Javelin and the AMX.This car isone of only 8,718 2-door hardtop Rogues ever built, and not many are left in existence today--especially not in this impressive condition! This car is completely original, inside and out (it even has the original Rambler floor mats and seat belts!), and it is well preserved as it has beengaraged for most of its life(it is a 1-owner car). It has maintained it's original factory color: Crescent Green, the interior and dash are completely stock (this carcame with A/C), and it has the original 6 cylinder motor! The other great thing isthat this car has absolutely NO rust! This car also boasts EXTREMELY low mileage:only 57,000 original miles. And it is NOT a post car!
