2001 Audi S4 Sedan 4-Door 2.7T Q AWD Clean Car w/ No Drivetrain Good Project

This Audi was well maintained and would make a great project car to either put a stock turbo motor and transmission in or to build with a TT and upgraded specs. In addition to the stock parts of the car there are aftermarket upgraded intercoolers, water/ ethanol injection control system. There is a subwoofer and amp for the radio, he amp is a Rockford Fosgate Punch P450.4 4 channel and there is a Jensen power Amplifier mounted to top of sub woofer box. We are selling this Audi for a good friend and he has a clear PA title ready to transfer, s soon as vehicle is paid for it will take less than 3 business days or less for us to have all paperwork in order for transfer to new owner. This car has NO MOTOR, O TRANSMISSION and NO REAR DIFFERENTIAL....This S4 had a built TT motor and synchro 6 speed transmission but engine was cooked and drivetrain was pulled out to be built/rebuilt and this project did not get completed and car and drivetrain have since become separated. Headlights, lutch, ly wheel and drive shaft are in the trunk. The lower grille marker/fog lights are also missing. Otherwise car looks complete. Underside shows some shallow pan dents from probably bottoming out and has some surface rust in a few areas but no rot or significant problems. Door edges and rockers are exceptional. Other issues include some small paint chips on hood, ender edges and one door handle that we see. Also bumper facia ends are unhooked from engine removal to get to intercoolers and both ends show a broken tab that would be hidden when reinstalled. Lower center grille tabs are popped out of bumper cover on bottom edge. One headlight has a broken tab, runk does not open with key and power trunk release must be used. The LH rear trunk deck speaker cover/grille is broken. Drivers door weather stripping is falling out of place and need resecured. The front seats show a bit of wear with some creasing but no rips, o tears and no holes. Center arm rest lid latch is broken. Shifter bezel front conceal moulding has a broken tab. The wheels look like they were very nice when new and someone painted over them black at some point and they need to be repainted or painted better.
