2001 subaru legacy wagon 5spd AWD 4x4 cheap snow winter car standard shift

For sale here is a 2001 Subaru Legacy wagon 5 spd. Runs and drives well. Has one issue: the speedometer doesn't read accurately, ould be a sensor bad ground or something else, aven't had a chance to look at it. Stopped working approximately 3 months ago. Car has a new clutch within the last 20k miles. Runs excellent. Clear title. EVERYTHING ELSE WORKS No idea if and when water pump or timing belt has been changed. This car is not registered and not insured, ou cannot take it for test drive without cash in hand. This is a cheap excellent running 4 wheel drive car that would make a good winter commuter.
