1983 BMW 320i e21--Clean example from the first generation of 3-Series!

Classic e21. first of BMW's now legendary 3-series. A great little tail-happy sports sedan. ready for summer!Southern car. I purchased in Virginia in Summer 2013 & driven back to New England. Has been stored last two winters. Car has absolutely no rust or rot. minor damage to right rear quarter (see photos). Paint appears to be an older re-spray with some minor clear-coat peeling on the rear pillar & driver's side rear quarter. looks great from 5+ feet. Original 1. 8L M10 engine running strong & smooth shifting 5-speed Getrag G240 transmission. Interior. carpeting & headliner in excellent shape for age. some tearing in drivers seat as seen in photo. Sunroof & trunk seals in good shape. no leaks. Recent 185/70R13 all-season tires on original "turbine" wheels with less than 4k miles. all electrics work & the A/C. believe it or not. is fully-operational & blows cold. Needs rear CV axle boots & rear brake drum replacement (fronts were done 5k ago. parts will be supplied to new owner). and as evidenced by the pictures. a hood cable adjustment or replacement. Clean MA title. recent work documentation & original 320i manual included. This is a great car for weekend fun as-is. or would be an excellent candidate for a full restoration & engine upgrade. Can be seen locally in Worcester. MA area. happy to arrange a showing for an interested bidder.
