2003 BMW Z-3 Convertible, Leather Seats, top is in Great Shape, NO RIPS, NO TEAR

This 2002 BMW Z-3 only has 2 issues, he power seat on the drivers side will move forward and back but not up and down and the door pull-handles on the inside are not up to par. This car runs and drives great..NO MECHANICAL ISSUES. The engine sounds good, he Transmission shifts out strong, he Clutch feels good, o Braking issues. The convertible top has NO RIPS, O TEARS, O STAINS. The leather seats are in great shape. The paint held-up real good considering the age( I can get better close-up pics, f I need to). The tires look great, he rims are not damaged. Any questions please don't hesitate to ask..This car is equipped with a 2.5 inline 6 cylinder..a 6-SPEED manual transmission.
