Title: Clear "Michigan" Title

As a long time "GT" owner and enthusiast, have always appreciated the fixed head coupe versions of sports cars. I have owned several MGB GT's as well as Alfa GTV's. I have always admired the Z3 Coupe and had put it on my short list of cars to own. Last year I had the opportunity to fulfill my dream to own a Z3 Coupe. The plan was simple, eplace my 40 year old Alfa GTV, ith a a modern version GT that would offer all of the conveniences of a modern car; Performance, eliability, afety, ir conditioning etc, ut the benefits of being a more "modern classic". I have owned my GTV for many years, nd it's an all original unrestored example, ultimately cannot bring myself to sell it. Unfortunately I cannot afford to keep both (in order to keep peace at home) and really do not have the space to store both of them as well. With that said, he Z3 is regrettably being offered for sale.

I purchased the BMW from a local enthusiast that had purchased it from the local BMW dealership (Bavarian BMW) as a certified pre-owned vehicle. He had used it sparingly as an extra car putting very few miles on it during his ownership. During his ownership the BMW had a minor mishap which resulted in a scratch and small ding to the left front fender as shown in the picture. Has a clear car fax with the exception of the fender mishap.

The BMW is completely stock with the exception of an aftermarket radio. It is fitted with the factory 2.8 Liter engine with a 5 Speed transmission. Has factory sunroof. The engine runs fine, nd the transmission shifts smoothly. When using reverse, ou can feel some u-joint play which is fairly common on the Z3's. Had brakes serviced prior to my purchase. Tires in good condition. Exhaust is fine with no issues. Original BMW radio is included.

The body is in nice original condition with some normal blemishes that would be expected from a 16 year old car. The most significant are the scratch/ding on the right front fender and some touched up spots on the rear bumper. Has all original panels as indicated by the factory vin plates. There are no door dings.

The interior is in very nice condition showing no damage or wear. Leather seats are in nice condition as well. Trunk area is very tidy as shown in the pictures.

Some known issues: Driver's window works intermittently. Air bag light is on. Some of the wheels have some light curb rash.

The BMW is being sold in "as is" condition with no warranty expressed or implied. I cannot be held responsible for any errors or inaccuracies that may have been inadvertently been provided.

If the deposit is not received, he "BMW" will be offered to the next highest bidder. The balance is due within 7 days of the auction end date. The car must be picked up within 10 days of the auction end date. A $10.00 per day storage fee will be charged after the 10 days unless prior arrangements have been made.
