This car has approximately 170K miles, however, in 2010 I transplanted a 47K mile engine from Bav Auto from 740IL, and did all the valley work, and new WP and new Tstat to satisfy their warrantee policy. Have receipt to show and prove it.The engine 57K now. M5 3.15 LSD and M5 driveshaft. Full complement of Celis and clear lights, and AC Schnitzer front and rear bumper covers, as well as AC Schnitzer muffler. M5 clutch and flywheel with fresh disk,throw outbearing etc at time of transplant. This car has FULL Dinan S2 engine package, manifold, HFM, cold air intake and DME flash. It has full Dinan S2 suspension, shocks, springs, swaybars and camber plates. M5 rear lip on trunk, Dinan badge, and Dinan S2 sticker under hood. Rims are stock 17's with matching spare. Interior is very very nice, rear electric sunshade, and rear seats have sun shades, though one door needs repair on the small shade and handle for large one. O2 and SAP broken, CEL on. Will not pass emissions as it is. Drive it home and use it, or part it out. Your choice. Bonus is the Midwest rust. Sorry. This car could easily be parted out and your rust free 540 with blown enginecould be transformed into a car that is very, very close to a full S2 package. The diff and driveshaft alone are worth a lot, and the interior could be parted out as well, most people with used up 540's would kill for this adult used interior. No smoking drivers. Car pulls hard and handles very well.
