1998 BMW 328 Convertible

Up on the auction block is a 1998 BMW 328i Convertible. Vehicle runs very well. approx 163. 00 miles (and counting). New aluminum water pump. thermostat. and valve cover gasket replaced just before the winter. Rear struts replaced last summer. Cold AC and Hot heat works great. 18" wheels with good tires (driver's side rear tire has a slow leak from a nail that was removed and patched). Some curb rash on the wheels. Needs new top. and top motor needs repair or replacement. it won't go up or down electrically. Small dent on drivers side front fender. and scratches on driver's door and rear quarter. Driver's seat has rip in it. General wear and tear for a 1998 daily driver. Did I miss anything? Any questions?. No reserve. Thanks for looking!
