I bought this car in February 2002 from the 2nd owner who sold it when it went out of warranty. I used it as a daily driver for a little over 2 years. when I got heavily into autocross. At that point. it was trailered everywhere because it was easier to do than swapping wheels on site. At the very last autocross of 2004. the oil pump nut dropped for the 2nd time in 6 months. so I pulled the engine and had Chuck Stickley rebuild it with Schrick cams and all other needed modifications. I finished 4th at the National ProSolo in SM class in 2005 and then at that point I put the car back to street duty since I didn’t want to permanently modify the car to where it could compete with the top guys. I finished the bodywork and had the car painted. It’s a monster street car which I daily drove once again for another 2 years with its flared fenders and 11” rear wheels. When people asked what’s been done to the car. I tell them the transmission is stock. It’s the easiest way to explain it since I’ve owned the car for almost 13 years and I’ve replaced just about everything along the way. I don’t drive the car much and it took me a year to put 500 miles on the car to break in the new clutch. The wheels need some TLC with polishing the lips and some of the bodywork is showing some age. Most of the installed stuff is listed below. but I know I’ve forgotten a good amount: Engine: Rebuilt by Chuck Stickley in 2004/5 at around 100k miles Redline 5w40 since rebuild and changed more often than needed Schrick Cams 24# injectors M50 Manifold Remus Headers (NLA) Dinan CAI Dinan BBTB Epic Tuning Factory HG <1000 miles Euro Cooling system Mishimoto Radiator Custom 3” midpipe with highflow cat AA Catback Exhaust Drivetrain: JBR LTW Flywheel Clutchmasters Kevlar Clutch 3. 46 Rear diff Body: Custom E46 fender flares all around Rear lip spoiler Whole car painted in 2006 Euro headlights with HID Clear tails and sidemarkers Suspension: Ground Control camber plates Ground Control spring perches (F/R #s) Eibach ERS Springs Koni SA shocks Eibach sway bars GC adjustable RLCA Delrin RTAB shims Urethane rear subframe bushings Wheels: CCW Classic 18x9. 5F and 18x11R Swap outer rim halves for the stance look 255/35/18 and 295/30/18 Sumitomos Interior: Suede headliner. pillars. and parcel shelf Euro 3 spoke airbag wheel with thumb nubs and M stitching Matching M stitching shift boot and e-brake boot New kickpanels with 6. 5” component JBL speakers JBL Amp JBL 10” sub Pioneer Bluetooth HU UUC white face gauges Autometer gauges in sunglassholder (Please note. the main photo is of the car in 2006 when the wheels and paint were all brand new)On Mar-15-15 at 10:11:15 PDT. seller added the following information:The front bumper needs to be repainted as the additional pictures show.
