2003 BMW 745Li (Mechanic's special!!!)

2003 BMW 745li with 133. 00 miles. This has the comfort package which is the heated and cooled massaging seats. It has the easy close doors that "suck" in the door if not completely closed. Has a multi disc in dash radio. Every single electronic and gadget in the car works as it should. I bought the car in May. 2012 and it has been an excellent car up until this year. The check engine came on and it says something about "low voltage warning" at first. I stopped driving it and then a whole bunch of lights came on and it says to "bring to a BMW service center" on the instrument cluster. I brought it to my mechanic and he said it sounds like a bad alternator ($850). However he's not sure and said it could be something else. To make a long story short he didn't want to start guessing and recommended I bring it to the dealer. Since then it has snowed here in the New England area about 6 feet of snow and I never got it to the dealer. Now I pretty much lost interest in the car and have since then bought another one and I just want it out of my driveway. The engine ran strong and the transmission shifted flawlessly. nbsp;NO STORIES!The exterior of the car is a 9 out of 10 and the interior is a 7 out of 10. There are no scratches dings or pits on the paint. the car has never been in an accident and the engine bay is super clean. I only used synthetic oil and original BMW filters. I had the car detailed twice a year since I owned it and took very good care of it. The interior is clean. no cracks or rips in the leather or the dash. but there is some wear around the door handles and the plastics over the rocker panels and the carpets have some stains. I bought new BMW winter mats last year. The car has absolutely no rust since it was a Texas car. The tires have about 80% life left and the 19" chrome rims are pitted but they still shine up nicely. I feel bad selling the car for a song because it was a really nice car. I am just afraid of spending more on it than I could afford. If there is a BMW mechanic out there or a good friend of one. this will be a great deal for them I'm sure. I can be reached anytime of the day and I'll give as much honest information on the car as I can. I will be more than happy to assist a trucking company to ship the car but don't really know of any to give out quotes. The car does run and drive and can be seen and looked at anytime. just please call me and make an appointment. I encourage anyone who is interested to look at the car. there is nothing to hide. but please don't expect to look at it and decide after you won the car if you want it or not. I AM REQUIRING A $500 NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT within 24 hours of winning the car or I will relist it immediately.
