1990 Buick Reatta Base Coupe 2-Door 3.8L /sunroof

Up for sale is one Classic 1990 Buick Reatta 2 door coupe with a sunroof a 3. 8lt v6 and a 4 speed auto trans with overdrive. It is red with a tan interior. It has the sunroof witch there were 8. 15 Reatta's produced in 1990 and 2. 12 were convertibles and only 10% of 6. 03 had a sunroof option so about 620 cars produced that year. The Assembly at the Reatta Craft Centre was performed at a series of stations each with a specialized team of workers. rather than on a conventional assembly line. After a team had completed their portion of the assembly. the car would be moved by robots to the next station. Paintwork was performed on site under subcontract to PPG Industries. Buick Reatta was hand built in Lansing. I in the Craft'e center and the total production for the 4 year run was only 21. 51. This car was a Arizona car and has absolutely no rust. The Digital dash functions perfectly as dose the heater controls and all the lights also. All of the power buttons work as do the 16-way power leather seats. All models rode a 98. 5-inch wheelbase. and shared an engine and interior design with the larger Buick Riviera. Styling cues included hidden headlamps and a bubbleback rear window. Sole powertrain was General Motors' 165-horsepower 3. 8-liter V6 mated to a 4-speed OD automatic transmission. Four-wheel disc brakes with antilock control were standard. Reatta also inherited Riviera's electronic gauges and Electronic Control Center. which used a touch-sensitive display screen instead of conventional controls for climate. stereo. and other functions. Two options were available: sunroof and 16-way power driver's seat. Initially. cloth and leather interiors were offered. however only leather remained after the first season. Also added for 1989 was keyless entry. The Product Manual and order form listed the exterior/interior color choices. For example. a white car could be ordered with any of the four interior colors (tan. blue. grey or red). We have found a few “color over-ride” combinations. The best example is Bright Red 1990 cars with red (burgundy) interiors. This combination was not listed in the literature. This car has a tan and burgundy interior witch is also very rare. This car is a daily driver and i have put new tires. struts. bushings. nbsp;fuses. new digital dash. new plugs. wires. nbsp;vacuum lines. fuel tank. fuel pump. fuel tank straps. brakes. rotors. sensors. speakers. nbsp;stereo. intake gasket. air filters. fuel filter. oil filters and oil changes every three thousand miles. At every oil change the front end is inspected and greased. The trans was flushed and filter change by AAMCO recently. The car runs and drives amazing. I put and after market steering wheel with a quick connect and i have the original wheel still. I have a new digital dash spare. a whole new dash assembly and several other extra parts. The car needs to be painted and a few dents removed as the Arizona sun cooked the paint and several interior parts. The dash in the car is cracked and so are several of the interior molding panels from the sun. The sun roof dose not work and needs to be repaired the motor works great its the drive cable that needs replacing. The 16-way power seats work great and need to be redone as the sun cracked and broke the leather. The headlights work and the taillights work and the fog lights work as do the 3rd brake light and the signal lights but the headlight control switch needs to be replaced. This car has 1 keyless entry remote and 2 sets of ignition keys and 2 door keys. I also have the shop manual for the reatta from gm but i do not have the owners manual packet it was gone when i got the car originally. This is a great daily driver or collector car or full custom one of a kind it needs some cosmetic work but the mechanic's of the car are great. I am asking $3. 00 B/O and i have a clean title ready to go. I am motivated seller but i will not give the car away the car is worth 2x's what i am asking in parts alone.
