THIS IS A VERY NICE & LIGHTLY DRIVEN CADILLAC STS. GARAGE KEPT & DEALER SERVICED

Presenting my 2007 Cadillac STS. It has a 3.6 V-6 motor and A 5 speed automatic transmission. This car was mainly driven on Sundays' and on a few out of town trips. I've own it for over 2 years. I purchased the car with roughly 29k miles on it. I've put roughly 8.5k miles on it per year. This is truly a garage queen and is only driven during those great sun shining days. The car is in need of new tires. Michelin's are on it now. Because I rarely drove the car, just hadn't replaced them yet. This is the 3rd car, o again it's rarely driven. The tread is close to 50% for the rear tires and around 40% for the front tires. New battery purchased one year ago. New OEM wiper blades placed on it one year ago.
Paint: Very good condition with very little wear. Very strong shine, lear coat, nd no scratches.
Interior: Very good condition. Everything works as it should. Smoke free environment.
Seats: Clean. No tears or rips. Always condition with ZAINO products.
Headliner: Clean
Carpet: Clean
Mechanically the car is in great shape. There are absolutely no problems, o ticks, nocks, r even squeaks. Belts are strong. Hard to hear the car when its running. This is why I purchased this car because it's so close to perfect :-).
There is a mark on the right side of the front bumper that shows. A quick touch up would do the job just fine.
Always used Mobil 1 oil and at least 89 octane gasoline. My avg mpg are 26 miles on interstate driving and 17 mpg in town.
