This Cadillac has been in the family since 1971 and to the best of my knowledge it was purchased from the original owner. The car spent a hand full of years in Denver before my grandparents retired and moved to Phoenix where it lived until 2006, t which time I purchased it and moved it to Austin TX. I have the protect-o-plate, riginal owner’s manual, arranty book, nd random service records.
It’s mostly all original except for the paint. It was originally Monteray Green Firemist and was painted in 1985 to Victoria Plum which was a factory Cadillac color offered in 1981. I have the receipt for the paint job and factory Cadillac paint brochure from 1981. Interior is all original no major issues. Things that do not work are: clock, C/heat, ruise control. Convertible top works very well and is in great shape. Original 472 engine and 400 transmission. Engine is original (has not been rebuilt) but I think the transmission has. I recently had the transmission serviced and re-sealed. (no leaks) Great solid car, ave a link to several more pictures on request
