1972 3/4 ton Longbed pickup truck
This truck is a very nice driver. 350 engine with Turbo350 transmission. Has working Air conditioning (converted to R134 with all new hoses and most parts new), ower steering, ower disc brakes, ilt wheel, ach dash with full gauge package. Interior and exterior were restored a few years ago. Very little rust overall. Some on the firewall, ne spot on the driver's door bottom (flat part) and one spot on the passenger side and one small spot in the bed. Bed has a removable bedliner and tailgate protector installed. Newer upper and lower trim and tailgate band. Nice seat cover and foam. Nice seatbelts. All locks recently replaced and work on one key. New sending unit for gas gauge- all gauges work. All lights work including cargo light. truck is a cheyenne and has the headliner with trim and beautiful woodgrain door panels and of course the exterior trim. Has 4 core heavy duty radiator, ewer alternator and battery, nd intermittent wipers installed also. Center speaker (dual speaker setup) and speakers in the rear corners with all wiring done for stereo). Dash is NOT cut!
Even has the factory spare tire setup complete.
I bought the truck with the intention to keep and I've really enjoyed it. My sister in law used it for a few weeks when she had car troubles this winter. was a great driver for her. Have taken it to a few local cruise-ins and received great comments.
With four girls now I've decided to start looking for a 67-72 blazer or suburban. Don't want the truck to sit while I look and will use the funds from this truck to buy the next.
Only issue (other than minor rust) is the headers (sanderson) are leaking at the collector. I had a shop tell me they could weld them but I haven't had time to take it in to them. I would recommend replacing them. Have taken that into consideration with my asking price.
For the full asking price (9500) I will include a new reproduction head unit and under seat speakers (not installed yet). Price is negotiable without them.
